Students of Panchayat Samiti Degree Mahavidyalaya, Deogaon are expected to maintain high standards of discipline, decorum and responsibility – in the classroom, on the campus and outside as representatives of the institution.
Students studying in this college are required to observe the following rules and regulations for a healthy academic environment and smooth functioning of the institution:
The academic session of the college is from 1st June to 31st May.
Commencement of classes for different programmes will be notified separately by the college office.
Students should apply for leave of absence in advance wherever possible. Long absence must be supported by medical certificates in case of illness.
Continuous absence without information is considered a serious breach of discipline and may affect a student’s continuance in the college.
Cleanliness of the campus, proper use of facilities and respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff and fellow students are essential expectations from all students.
Any form of violence, ragging, vandalism or misconduct will invite strict disciplinary action.
Students must follow the prescribed dress code on all working days and carry their Identity Card within the campus.
Failure to observe dress and identity regulations may lead to denial of entry into classrooms or college events.
